Brand identity for Openhaus, a proposed co-working studio in Bradford.
Openhaus was to be situated at 31 Chapel Street, in Bradfords' historic German Quarter. The identity draws from both the rich history from the wool trade, and the impressive multiculturalism in Bradford. Nodding to the heritage of the building – an old wool warehouse – by re-imagined a German 18th century tapestry, this time depicting the demography of the city, and used this as a basis for the visual language of the identity. A language where nationalities playfully meet in what the client called 'creative collisions'.
This was a live brief, however due to personal circumstances of the client the project was halted.
